Founded in 2017 Rendimento/ventures is the innovation and venture capital arm of Grupo Rendimento, composed by Rendimento, Rendimento/pay e Cotação Rendimento/câmbio.

Through proprietary investments ADM seeks long-term relationships with invested start-up in addition to a value-added approach through our expertise in the banking business.

Investment Thesis

We from Rendimento/ventures seek to invest mainly in startups that:

 

Somehow part of the banking business or focused on B2B services.

Are in an early stage of development (between seed Money and Series-A).

Are led by extraordinary people, with teams that hold deep knowledge of the business and unique ability to perform.

Have governance alignment with the business values from Grupo Rendimento: ethics, transparency, respect and tolerance towards its employees and stakeholders.

Present fit with the lines of businesses of Grupo Rendimento so we can support the development of the company.

Have strategy and market positioning set and present some traction (consistent revenue).
